Samantha Jo first brought happiness to this world on October 8th, 1996 when she was born to her mother, Elizabeth Phillips. She was a bright light in a dim world but now is free to join her grandma in the heavens. Samantha made life look easy. She was a happy girl who was never afraid to dance and sing out loud to her own beat, even when no one was watching. She would often beg to go fishing, loved mealtime at the dinner table with her family, and never missed the chance to blow bubbles in the wind. She reminds us that, even through the worst... SMILE.
